The Ex-M Hydrocube Series is a water-cooled scroll chiller purpose-built for explosion-proof process cooling and heating in hazardous industrial environments. Certified for ATEX Zone 2 (II 3G Ex h nACR IIB T3 Gc), this unit is based on the OEM Daikin Hydrocube EWWQ~KB series and converted by Ex-Machinery to meet strict explosion safety standards while delivering precise temperature control of water in ATEX classified areas.

Key Features

The Hydrocube Series uses a hermetic scroll compressor with R-410A refrigerant and is available in a wide capacity range from 14 kW to 192 kW cooling. Its compact modular design allows single, double, and triple module configurations to match your exact capacity requirements. Blygold corrosion protection on the evaporator and internal piping is included as standard, ensuring long-term reliability in demanding environments.

Modular Design for Every Capacity

The modular architecture allows you to scale cooling capacity precisely to your needs. Single module units cover 14 – 64 kW, double modules deliver 98 – 128 kW, and triple module configurations reach up to 192 kW. This flexibility makes the Hydrocube Series suitable for both small control rooms and large-scale process cooling applications. The compact footprint enables installation in confined spaces where traditional chillers would not fit.
